This is a very relaxing floor plan with all the amenities: a fire place in the living room, the kitchen offers a corner pantry and solid surfaces countertops and island top, stainless appliances, just a very functional kitchen. Dining room with slider doors, master bedroom with a large walk-in closet. The master bath includes European sinks, 3-sided ceramic shower, and another huge walk-in closet! Nice size bedrooms 2&3, bath 2 is also unique in its separation design.
We went with the dark exterior siding trimmed out with the black trim package beautiful! There are couple versions of plan layouts we chose the one with the corner pantry but show both plans for you to view.
